Rozenko: Finance Ministry to increase salary for public servants
Photo: InterMedia consultingDue to the VR changes into the state budget, it is possible to introduce the III stage of the single tariff net and to increase the salary for the public servants since September 1 of the current year.
The first deputy Minister of Labour and Social Policy Pavlo Rozenko told the IMC, commenting on the adoption of the changes into the state budget by the VRU on September 3.
He noted that the work conditions of the public servants are defined by the corresponding resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers from August 30, 2002.
"According to this resolution, three stages of the implementation of the single tariff net are foreseen," he said.
He also informed that the third stage of the tariff net should be introduced since November 1, 2008.
"In order to quicken the increase of the salary for the public servant, the resolution of the Cabinet from May 7, 2008 postponed this term for September 1, 2008.
According to Reznikov, the salary for the public servant will be increased since September of the current year apprx by 10%.
